Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Perishable items (pet food, treats) are not eligible for return once opened.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened food, treats, or supplements
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at pawington.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 48 business hours with return instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

7. COD Orders

Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.
